CEO and Founder Mr. Veera Venkata Kalyan Goud

The company was established by the CEO and Founder Mr. Veera Venkata Kalyan Goud Pamarthi on 18th Jan 2022. Mr. Veera was a very exceptional and simple person who has always looked forward to bring 99% output and efficiency with the services her provided to his clients. Accuracy, Commitment and dedication is what has build grow the business and company to this stage.

He was born in a middle class family where his parents resided in lingampally a place near BHEL, Hyderabad. His father was a private employee who earned Rs.100 when he was an infant, later he studied his education at St. Arnolds High School in Ashok nagar, Ramchandra Puram of once Medak dist. Studying till 6th, he joined another school called Vidya vani high School, where he completed his S.S.C. At his father’s request and advice he chose to pursue his higher education in Diploma, he wrote the entrance exam got a rank of 1,54,000 out of more than 10 lakh students who appeared in 2005.

He was allotted a free admission in Sri Krishna Devaraya Govt Polytechnic College situated in Wanaparthy of Mahabub Nagar Dist, now (Wanaparthy Dist). It was a prestigious and top 7th govt supported Polytechnic college those days. He was smart, clever, and intelligent, he studied well even though faced some horrific events while pursuing his diploma, during those days, he used to provide tutions for his classmates in the hostel provided to them at that time. While pursuing his final year, his father met with an accident and had fracture, post completion of Diploma in 2008, he immediately joined a company as supervisor (Manjira Machine Builders) in Patancheru for Rs.4,500. Since he was pro-active and smart, he soon was able to mingle with the employees of the company, later after working for 2 years in 2010 one fine day, he went to Osmania University and gave an attempt to E.cet exam which was a qualifying exam to pursue B.Tech for Diploma students, to his surprise, he passed and got a rank of 1100 out of 10000 mechanical students who appeared.

Immediately, he decided to join the nearby avail college, where he applied for Ellenki College of engineering and Technology. He directly entered into 2nd year and gave his best to pursue this career, with the help of Mr. Venkat Rao Garu (General manager) at that time in the company as he sanctioned long leave for higher studies understanding the hard work, dedication and sincerity.

In 2013, he has completed his B.tech with few backlogs, scoring 65%, later completed them with an average of 69%. He always claims that it was not his skill issue, that caused him to have backlogs however, it was his will issue, head weight and stubbornness.

Post B.tech, he started his own logistics company which boosted well in those days; however, due to some issues he had to wrap it down after running it for 2 years in 2015.

Later, he joined Sutherland Global Services as an associate for customer support domain under the leadership of David Prem Sagar (Team Manager), one who saw a twinkling spark in Mr.Veera, he really looked at him with a beautiful heart and shared the knowledge expecting him to become a better person in upcoming future.

The journey was pretty much compared to voyage with tough and rough experiences with different people coming from all around. Post working there for 2 years he got a better opportunity with Synchrony Financial Services PVT LTD and joined it on 31st Jul’ 2017 as a senior customer service representative, where he first time stepped into banking background to assist cutomers via chat. That is when he saw his other teammates with immense knowledge and skills from other banking fields.

Initially, he was scared thinking how his career with that company is going to be, where he found Mr. Gadaffi Ali Hazarika a native Assam with BA Honors and abundant knowledge of banking in Well’s Fargo. Under his guidance and footsteps, Mr. Veera was able to learn much more, than what he could in his life previously, pushing himself to the top amongst everyone in his team, assisting the customers with his best in all the possible ways.

Later he re-joined Sutherland Global Services PVT LTD, as a senior customer service representative as hoping he might get a better position with the current experience. The sooner it was all over the news of deadly virus Covid-19 which blew entire human race with a shocking blow.

Even in that pandemic, he had to work from office through out the season and later was moved to a different LOB, working in the same for 8 months he was able to achieve what he was looking for from past 2 years.

Since carrying excellent experience with the subject, he was allowed to support the upcoming and new batches about the process to get best out come. That’s when he met Mr. Lucky Maru, who came from Jaipur. He was a newly appointed manager but never looked like one. Post being with the team for 2 months, at per Mr. Lucky suggestion and guidance, he was able to get a chance to stand in the race for promotion.

He was promoted as a process specialist even though he had to experience a lot of hardship, with the help of Mr. Lucky, Mr. Easa, Mr. Deepak Kumar Dubey and then AVP Mr Rohith Sinha as a Process Specialist. Eventually, giving his best worked there handling his own team for 11 months and later moved to a different company in June’2021.

Having a great thought in mind, he started leaning towards business in executing them waiting for a perfect time. On 18th Jan 2022, he had finally ventured into his business, with his name and fame, he was able to stretch his service amongst his group. Initially started with ITR filing, TDS, Firm registration’s, later took a turn and added loans as well to his to-do-list.

At present, he was able to offer service to more than 300 clients with 200+ satisfied and happy customers, adding more every day, every month and every year to provide his best services in loans, compliance, and others.

His is very dedicated, affirm and bold in nature training his team members to be the same to ensure every client is happy and satisfied.

Chief Advisor Mr. Easa Natraj Naresh Kumar Gandhi,

started his career as an associate with Y-axis post completing his Degree from Hyderabad. After working with Y-axis for XYZ years, he moved to a different Line of Business in Bangalore where he worked till 2021, later moved back to Hyderabad and worked with Sutherland Global Services PVT LTD as a Team Manager for Accounts Domain. Currently, Mr. Easa is working with a reputed software company and leading a peaceful life. Besides, every now and then he monitors and over views the our firm ensuring that everything is going smooth and without any errors. He always had been a main pillar to our firm from the moment it was born.

Not to mention, even though he might not be available at the office, he’s always a part of the family. Kalyan eservices is always in debt to him.
